Return / Exchange Policy

Returns:
MSG SHOP offers a 30-day money back guarantee. This guarantee is for the purchase price of the item(s) only and does not include any shipping or handling fees which accompany the order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item to us for a refund only if products are sent back in new, unworn, re-sellable condition with all original product tags intact.
 
If you received an item that was damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at orders@shop-msg.com for guidance. Do not ship any defective merchandise until you have received instruction from our customer service team.
 
We recommend using a pre-paid, insured, trackable method when returning merchandise, to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Lost returns are the responsibility of the sender. Refunds will be processed after the product is inspected and deemed re-sellable. All refunds will be credited within 10-15 business days from receipt of the returned package.

Returns cannot be granted on customized products, or products that have been used, worn, or laundered and cannot be game used/issued/worn, autographed.
 
If you would like to make a return, please alert us first via email at orders@shop-msg.com, and be sure to include your order number and “RETURN” in the subject line of the email. Then ship your return package with the following information included inside the box:

Order number
Purchaser name
Contact name, phone number, and email
Reason for the return

Exchanges:
At this time, we are unable to offer any exchanges for returned merchandise. All returned merchandise will be refunded once it has been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or color for an item, please submit a new order transaction to secure your items before they sell out.
