Q: When Will My Items Be Shipped?
We are continuing to experience delays due to local regulations regarding the Coronavirus and are working to get your orders fulfilled as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped out within 5-7 working days, but we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. Estimated delivery times at checkout are estimated transit times after the order ships

If you purchased: An Exclusive Adidas Authentic Twill Letter/Number Jersey or Fanatics Breakaway Lafrenière Jersey. These jerseys are offsite being embellished with the player you selected. Our embellisher is experiencing delays with production speed and there are continued delays in fulfilling your order. Pending orders for these jerseys should be shipped by the end of January. Tracking will be sent automatically once the order has shipped. Please send an email to orders@shop-msg.com with specific questions about your order.
 
Q: When Will I Receive my Tracking Number?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order in 1-2 business days. The tracking number will be emailed to you and will allow you to track your package from our door to yours.

Q: When is Customer Service Available?

SHIPPING

Q. Where Do You Ship Orders? 
The MSG Shop currently ships to the U.S., Canada and other Countries. All orders ship via Federal Express. All Duties, taxes, and brokerage are the responsibility of the recipient.

Q: What is the Cost of Standard Shipping? International Shipping?
Shipping is based on weight of order and calculated at check out. Shipping rates vary by location.
